Masterclass Physiotherapy Courses for Graduates
The more recent emphasis in treating back pain, particularly chronic pain, has been about understanding pain physiology and how the 'the brain decides the pain'.
The focus has been away from hands-on spinal treatment towards teaching patients their own cognitive behaviour and pain management strategies. This current mode of intervention has not provided patients with effective physical therapy for back pain.
Nor has it provided effective self-treatment pathways.
